Hledáme HR Generalistu, který pomůže nastavit HR fungování v nové lokalitě, podpoří manažery i zaměstnance v klíčových momentech employee lifecycle a bude mít přímý vliv na to, jak bude nové centrum fungovat po lidské stránce.
Tohle není role, kde jen přebíráš zajeté prostředí. Tady budeš u rozjezdu, nastavování věcí v praxi a budování prostředí, kde se lidem bude dobře pracovat od prvního dne.
