About this role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy HSE Manager to lead and coordinate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives across RGM’s production operations, capacity expansion activities, and construction projects. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between RGM and Headquarters on HSE matters, ensuring alignment with corporate HSE management systems, standards, and requirements. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously improving HSE programs and control systems that comply with local legislation and corporate policies.
