About this role
The Mine Engineer coordinates activities related to mine design systems, programs, and processes, ensuring short- and long-term plans are aligned, production goals are achievable, and operations run efficiently and safely. Your key responsibilities will include: Independently prepare pit phase designs and short-term mine plans. Integrate short-term plans into long-term LOM plans to avoid bottlenecks. Analyze and interpret short-term plans to ensure alignment with operational objectives. Prepare monthly and weekly plans by coordinating activities and adjusting approaches as needed. Supervise daily survey work, drilling, and blasting to prioritize planning goals. Monitor and control mining activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.…
