Job Title: Medical Assistant Department: Derm Location: 6692 Middle Road, Sodus, NY Suite 1400 Hours Per Week: 24 Schedule: Part-time (Mon, Tue, Wed 8- 4:30) SUMMARY: As a Medical Assistant, your excellent customer service and communication skills directly affect patient care as well as ensuring day to day office operations run smoothly. ​ RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Support Conduct pre-visit planning, close care gaps, and complete health maintenance and registry work. Obtain and document patient vital signs, history, and screenings; promptly report abnormalities. Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and collect/process specimens for external testing.
