Summary Statement: Cocktail Servers are responsible for beverage service of all tables and seating areas in high-volume restaurants, bars, lounges, or pools. If a guest needs assistance, it is your responsibility to assist that guest and do so with a smile If the guest needs more assistance than you can provide, it is your responsibility to notify the appropriate department or individual. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Greet, serve, interact, and entertain guests courteously and in a timely manner with an upbeat attitude. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, concerns and complaints regarding beverages and correct and resolve in a courteous and respectful manner.
