Job Description: The Senior Superintendent is responsible for coordinating the work of all Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on the jobsite for completion on time and on budget. This position enforces safety programs while managing and training personnel; understanding and controlling project budget. The Senior Superintendent works with trades foremen, superintendent and project management of all scopes of the project; owners and/or tenants. Some things you can expect to do: Coordinate subcontractors and Ryan Company employees. Manage select projects applicable to experience. Comprehend and administer project budgets.
