About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07 Product Consultant, Channels CX The Role: As a first point of contact for clients of S&P Global Market Intelligence’s data feeds and AI products, you will help clients get the most from Xpressfeed, Snowflake, and our AI products: Deterministic Retrieval and Adaptive Retrieval . You will learn the data packages we support and apply your financial knowledge, SQL, and technical skills to resolve client questions quickly and accurately.
