Job Description: As Saab builds its advanced manufacturing capabilities in West Lafayette, IN, we are seeking a Product Engineer (Change & Configuration Management) to support product and process changes within our facility and in collaboration with colleagues in Sweden. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, relevant engineering experience, and the ability to work effectively across functions. An understanding of aerospace configuration management is desired but not required. Responsibilities: Conduct change investigations to identify root causes and assess the potential impact of internal change requests before changes are initiated with the appropriate resources.
