Job Description: Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Specialist to support the daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities. Responsibilities: Support daily facility operations by performing skilled maintenance, repairs, installations, furniture moves, painting, cleaning, and other facility upkeep activities. Perform routine and complex electrical troubleshooting, installations, and repairs involving facility electrical and utility systems. Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and systems. Complete routine and complex plumbing repairs and installations. Service and maintain HVAC systems as needed. Perform carpentry, furniture modifications, and light construction activities to support facility needs.…
