About this role
Job Purpose The Communications Developer supports the Campaign Team by creating, updating, and troubleshooting HTML email templates in Engage Marketing Cloud. This role is responsible for uploading, testing, and deploying email campaigns, managing campaign queues, and performing hybrid tasks such as list creation. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Objectives Develop and amend HTML email templates in Engage Marketing Cloud. Upload, test, and deploy email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with Marketing Communications (Marcomms) teams to support campaign execution. Assist in managing campaigns in the open queue and provide backup support when needed.…
