Job Description Summary The CCJS Student Event Planning Intern (SEPI) is an unpaid role with the expectation of a flexible, part-time work week. A limited number of non-traditional work hours is required. This includes the CCJS’ annual fundraising gala, the Eternal Light Award Dinner (ELAD) on Sunday, November 15, 2026 from set-up to breakdown. (Estimated times - 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.) The SEPI is responsible for helping the CCJS Administrator of Programs and Events (AOPAE) on the planning and executing of, and follow-up on, all CCJS events, which include formal conferences, symposia, receptions, student events, webinars, and Center-internal events and meetings, and for the day-to-day administration of the Center.
