This position plays a critical role in ensuring faculty, staff, students, and guests have reliable access to technology that supports teaching, learning, meetings, and campus events. The successful candidate will possess strong technical and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional technology support in a dynamic higher education environment.
