Under the direction of the Manager, Training Hospitality, the Supervisor, Training Hotel is responsible for the professional development of all Hotel Operations team members. Ensures department success by actively engaging in the interview and onboarding process and creating and maintaining a training program focused on our Brand Standards that remains in alignment with all department policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Holds responsibility for all aspects of training including facilitating new hire training, incumbent team member training, classroom management and responding to initial team member concerns. 2.
