About this role
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Theater Operations, the Usher works to proactively interact with guests in providing information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at the Theater. Ushers help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Greets guests, scans guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answers guest questions, assists guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during event.
