What you'll bring Bring your ability to manage complex customer-facing delivery engagements end-to-end, including programs involving both SAP and third-party delivery partners. You are accountable not only for successful delivery but also for customer outcomes such as adoption, satisfaction, and renewal confidence. Your experience managing escalations, driving partner accountability, and influencing stakeholders across delivery teams enables consistent, high-quality results. You are also comfortable mentoring junior colleagues and providing senior delivery leadership.
