Own the order journey for a global skincare brand, from first order to final shipment. Are you the person your team calls when an order gets stuck? We are looking for an experienced order management professional who enjoys solving problems, gets every detail right, and wants real ownership of international B2B accounts. About the Opportunity Our client is a well established Australian skincare brand. It makes its products in South Australia and sells them in more than 25 countries through distributors and its own overseas subsidiaries. You will join a small, hands on Customer Service team and look after B2B distributor accounts across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, as well as subsidiary markets including Japan, China, Hong Kong and the US.…
