About this role
En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a becario/a para formar parte de la División de Gestión basado/a en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona. Funciones: Apoyo en la gestión técnica de activos inmobiliarios de distinta índole realizando su mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Soporte en la realización de inspecciones ambientales en obras. Colaboración en la realización de due diligence técnicas tanto para operaciones de compra como de venta de activos. Desarrollo y gestión de certificados energéticos. Requisitos Grado/a en Arquitectura / Arquitectura Técnica o Ingeniería. Posibilidad de realizar convenio universitario. Nivel alto de inglés. Dominio del Paquete Office. Persona proactiva, organizada y con orientación al detalle.
