About this role
Location – Gurugram (Onsite) Responsibilities Perform continuous monitoring of application services and underlying infrastructure to ensure platform stability and availability. Triage incoming alerts, cases, and incidents, and drive follow‑ups for assignment, investigation, and timely resolution. Identify recurring issues and raise problem records and problem tasks in line with Problem Management practices. Ensure incidents and problems are documented with clear descriptions and accurate Configuration Item (CI) mapping. Adhere to established ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Contribute to AI‑assisted initiatives and continuous operational improvement within GCC.…
