This role involves taking and delivering orders , ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area. Essential Functions and Duties : Ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods. Respond to guest requests in a timely , friendly, and efficient manner. Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point-of-sale system.
