This role involves preparing surfaces, selecting and mixing paints, and performing maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel is well-maintained both inside and outside. Essential Functions and Duties: Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, removing old paint, and filling nail holes, cracks, and joints with appropriate materials.
