Estimating & Design Lead — US Commercial Landscaping (remote) Schedule: Core U.S. business hours required, especially when coordinating with onsite sales, estimators, property managers, and field leadership. Exact schedule discussed during interviews. Compensation: $1,250 USD/month base. OTE $3,250+ USD/month Performance compensation designed to let strong performers earn an additional $2,000+ USD/month to the base salary (details below).
