About this role

As the Real Estate Paralegal, you will work with the Legal, Land, and Development Teams to support land acquisition and title efforts. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in real property transactions including leases, easements, and land purchases, co-tenancy and shared use agreements, title review and curative efforts, and title policies and surveys. You will deploy your outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail to assist Scout’s broader legal team in all aspects of project development and land control to help the company’s ambitious growth targets.
