JOB DESCRIPTION Core Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end execution of upgrade projects for offshore jack-up drilling systems, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Engage clients proactively to understand upgrade requirements and translate them into clear, structured execution plans. Work closely with the technical/engineering team to align on solution design and ensure practical, execution-ready deliverables.
