Position Summary Role and Responsibilities Factory Setup & Project Implementation Lead factory implementation projects including production line setup, equipment installation, process validation and production ramp-up. Drive factory readiness by coordinating layout planning, production flow, capacity planning and infrastructure preparation. Establish production processes in compliance with company standards, local regulations and import/customs requirements. Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely project execution.
