About this role

Overview: Securian is building a new Disability & Leave product line. The Group Disability and Leave (D&L) Product Manager will play a critical leadership role in developing, launching, and managing Securian’s D&L product portfolio. The position will own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that product design, service capabilities, and the customer and distribution experience are aligned with market needs and Securian’s strategic objectives. The Product Manager will collaborate across actuarial, underwriting, operations, technology, sales, distribution, marketing, legal, compliance, and other business functions to translate product strategy into market-ready solutions.…
