About this role

Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse & Logistics Leader to manage our warehousing operations across 3 shifts (day, pm and night). This role will oversee all aspects of goods in, picking, inventory movement, dispatch processes to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate warehouse operations. You will be responsible for leading and developing shift-based teams, ensuring high operational standards, and meeting productivity and service targets within a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment.
