About this role

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader on the PM shift to support the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for leading teams to achieve daily operational targets across goods handling, picking, dispatch, and general warehouse activities while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping. The Warehouse Team Leader will act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and provide cover for the Logistics Manager when required.
