The Beverage Shift Manager is responsible for all beverage operations for their shift. Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of all aspects of the beverage department and property. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.
