Preparing tableware for washing, collecting all soiled pots, washing and re-stacking cleaned pots on shelves; removing garbage and refuse for recycling and mopping and sweeping floors; properly maintaining and distributing company assets; setting up dishwashing machine; and stacking and storing clean dishes in proper kitchen areas, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
