Impact As a People Business Partner, located in Birmingham, AL or Minneapolis, MN you will serve as a critical strategic partner to leadership directly linking business strategy to talent outcomes that drive performance, growth, and organizational health. While no two days are the same, you will translate business priorities into forward-thinking workforce strategies, architect organizations for absolute clarity, and drive the adoption of initiatives that move the business forward.
