[What the role is] The Assistant Director (Facilities Management - Contracts) plays a key role in ensuring that the Integrated Community Hubs remain safe, well-maintained, and operationally ready for residents. The role assists the Deputy Director (Facilities Management) in contract management and procurement for facilities management across the Hubs, establishing governance frameworks and working closely with Hub FM teams to uphold high standards of infrastructure quality that support vibrant community life.
