About this role

[What the role is] The Operations Planning and Monitoring Department (OPMD) spearheads strategic operations planning, monitoring and coordination within the Place Management and Operations Division (PMOD). Working closely with the operational teams, OPMD maintains and refines Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and operational frameworks, while leveraging data and sensing capabilities to support anticipatory operations, operational oversight and evidence-based decision-making. OPMD also strengthens operational readiness, emergency preparedness and forward planning, while supporting key public cleanliness and hygiene initiatives such as Clean Tables, Clean Toilets and the Environmental Sanitation (ES) Regime.…
