[What the role is] As a Legal Counsel in the Litigation & Enforcement Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and upholding HDB’s regulatory and legal framework. [What you will be working on] Key responsibilities include: Providing legal advice on legislation. Advising on enforcement actions, disputes and litigation involving residential and commercial properties. Advising on prosecution matters under HDB’s purview such as those involving offences under the Housing & Development Act, Parking Places Act and other relevant legislation. Reviewing and advising on tenancy agreements and other contractual documents. Representing HDB in court proceedings and applications, including prosecution hearings.…
