About this role

[What the role is] You will plan, develop and market premium industrial facilities to meet the needs of companies from the energy and chemicals cluster. [What you will be working on] You will manage customer leases and provide support to our energy and chemicals customers' operations within these facilities. This includes fostering partnerships with our customers, building win-win relationships and conducting research to understand industry needs. You will also be involved in a wide range of activities including lease or tenancy management, formulating marketing strategies, conceptualising new products, buildings and engaging communities, budgeting and reviewing policies.
