Executive/Senior Executive (Plan Consent)

[What the role is] You will manage and coordinate the evaluation of various development proposals submitted to JTC for plan consent. You will work closely with building industry professionals such as architects, planners, engineers, surveyors and consultants as well as developers, Agencies and industrialists. [What you will be working on] You are expected to be familiar with JTC’s estates you are assigned to, able to read technical drawings for building and infrastructure projects, be comfortable to deal with people, have eyes for details and have good time management to ensure that the plan consent cases are processed in a timely manner.
