[What the role is] Support SWDA's strategic establishment (estab) planning to ensure adequate manpower resources to meet organisational priorities, operational requirements and longer-term workforce needs. The role involves assessing resourcing requests, identifying opportunities to optimise existing resources, maintaining estab governance, and providing reliable data and recommendations to facilitate management decisions.
