Job Description Operations Control Center requires a dedicated staff member to oversee both international and domestic shipment monitoring to ensure the timely progression of all logistics activities across the supply chain. This role is responsible for proactively tracking shipments against key operational milestones, identifying potential delays, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions to minimize service disruptions.
