About this role
Job Description This position is primarily responsible for leading Hard Facilities Management (Hard FM), mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering systems, building fabric maintenance, structural integrity, and utility infrastructure across Singapore Post Centre (SPC), a premier 1 million sq ft mixed-use development, as well as other office, retail, and industrial properties owned or managed by SingPost. The incumbent holds complete ownership of Hard FM Vendor Performance Management, overseeing full vendor lifecycles for technical contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and Managing Agents (MAs). This includes driving Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and enforcing technical audit scorecards.…
