Senior Learning Facilitator

[What the role is] The Senior Learning Facilitator designs, develops, and delivers training programmes for PA staff, grassroots leaders, and community partners, building their competencies in community leadership and people-to-people, people-to-government, and government-to-people engagement. The role also serves as an account manager for GRCs and PA divisions, identifying training needs and recommending targeted interventions to strengthen operational capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. In doing so, the role sits at the heart of PA's mission by directly equipping those who serve the community with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to bring people together and bridge the gap between citizens and government.…
