About this role

[What the role is] You will be part of a dynamic team involved in management of HDB leased sites and land administration work. [What you will be working on] You will be responsible to handle lease and tenancy administration, carry out inspections, liaise with other agencies on land use and lease matters, manage feedback as well as Temporary Occupation Licence issuance. This includes administration of land and maintenance policies, rules & regulations, and financing matters. You are also required to read and extract information from Architectural & Survey drawings, update land records, data and other related land information, and attend to consultations and queries relating to land matters.…
