About this role
Deine Mission Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Lead-Entwickler, der die technische Verantwortung für unsere Web-Entwicklung übernimmt. Du leitest die Architektur und Umsetzung neuer Features, optimierst bestehende Codebasen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Web-Apps und Webseiten höchsten Qualitäts- und Performance-Standards entsprechen. Neben der Entwicklung bist du maßgeblich an technischen Entscheidungen beteiligt, unterstützt dein Team mit Best Practices und förderst eine skalierbare und wartbare Codebasis. Du arbeitest eng mit Design, Produktmanagement und Backend-Teams zusammen und fühlst dich in einer agilen Umgebung wohl.
