About this role

The Senior Business Analytics Analyst will help design, build, and operationalize AI-enabled analytics workflows that transform how Smartly uses business data. This person will focus on applying AI to recurring analytics processes, including executive metrics reporting, company OKR tracking, customer engagement reporting, and proactive insight generation. The role will partner closely with Business Analytics, Data Platform, Product Analytics, Marketing Science, and business stakeholders to create reliable, scalable, and human-reviewed AI workflows. The goal is not just to automate reporting.
