Key Responsibilities Energy Modeling & Analysis Develop, calibrate, and validate detailed energy models for buildings, campuses, and/or energy systems using industry-standard tools (e.g., EnergyPlus, IES-VE, Design builder). Conduct modeling to support high-performance design, code compliance (ASHRAE 90.1), green building certifications (Green Mark, LEED, Green Star, BREEAM), and incentive programs. Analyze HVAC system performance, envelope strategies, renewables integration, and decarbonization pathways.
