Department Facilities Management Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION(S) Under the direction of the manager of grounds services or designee, safely maintain, repair and improve campus grounds, roads, walkways and parking lots. DUTIES Must be able to perform general laborers tasks including, but not limited to, mowing lawns, trimming hedges, loading trucks, removing debris, snow removal as well as drive vehicles. Must be able to safely operate college equipment and vehicles in the maintenance of campus grounds. Must be capable of safely operating snow plow equipment and hand operated snow blower equipment during the winter months as assigned.…
