Overview: SOFTSWISS is looking for an HR Admin Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, maintain HR data accuracy, and provide administrative support to employees and stakeholders. Purpose of the role: You will be responsible for managing HR documentation, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HR records, and ensuring efficient collaboration between employees, managers, legal counsels, and cross-functional teams.
