The Manufacturing Supervisor directly manages and coordinates the activities of employees assigned to a designated shift and area. As needed, the position may oversee other hourly production employees at the plant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safety, Compliance, and Quality Enforce safety procedures, environmental policies, and applicable regulatory requirements in high-traffic, non-climate-controlled production areas. Document and report misconduct and safety violations, and recommend appropriate corrective action.
