About this role
As our Controller, you will lead the financial operations of our construction business, providing strategic oversight and hands‑on leadership across all accounting functions. You will partner closely with executive leadership and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and actionable insights that support project performance and overall company profitability.
Day‑to‑day, you will oversee the full accounting life cycle, including general ledger, job cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. You will manage the monthly and annual close processes, prepare and review GAAP‑compliant financial statements, and maintain the work‑in‑progress (WIP) schedule and revenue recognition.…
