About this role
As our Estimator, you will perform accurate, competitive, and well‑coordinated project proposals across a wide range of construction projects. In this role, you will prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, analyze drawings and specifications, develop cost estimates, and collaborate closely with project managers, preconstruction teams, and trade partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all bids.
You will help drive the planning and pricing strategy for upcoming work by identifying risks, evaluating constructability, validating scope, and supporting value‑engineering efforts.
