About this role
As our Senior Proposal Specialist, you will lead strategic proposal development and manage high‑impact marketing efforts that drive our ability to win work. This includes producing compelling RFQ/P responses, interview materials, pursuit collateral, GMP packages, coaching teams and award submissions.
You'll maintain CRM accuracy, manage content libraries, and support reporting that informs marketing strategy. Working closely with operations, preconstruction, and leadership, you’ll gather information that strengthens each pursuit.
