HVAC Technician – In-House Property Maintenance Full-Time | $31-$36 per hour Spring Oak Senior Living Bring your HVAC expertise to a dedicated in-house maintenance role supporting Spring Oak’s own properties. Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems at our properties. This position services Spring Oak’s own facilities and does not involve traveling from customer to customer or completing outside service calls. We are looking for a dependable technician who can diagnose problems independently, complete quality repairs, and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. Your work will help create a comfortable environment for our residents and team members.
